Au Revoir to Executive Director Emily Rendall-Araujo

Araujos OK

It is with mixed feelings that we will be saying au revoir to our endearing, inspiring Executive Director Emily Rendall-Araujo. Next Spring, Emily will embark on an “adventure-of-a-lifetime” to France with her husband Andres Araujo, son Freddie (3-year-old) and daughter Josie (11-month-old).

Andres’s employer H.G. Weber & Co. proposed an opportunity for him to transfer to the company’s manufacturing facility in Molsheim, France starting May 2020. The family immediately knew this was an opportunity worth exploring and after countless discussions a decision was made. With great anticipation Emily and her family look forward to exploring Europe as a family, learning a new language in an immersive setting, spending intentional, focused time with their children, and taste testing countless croissants!

Emily notes that the museum is stronger than ever and she holds complete confidence in the Board of Directors and staff to carry on the mission, projects, events and strategic plan. She is sure to miss working with the steadfast, engaging Board of Directors, volunteers, and staff, and is eager to see the progress of current and new projects and the impact on our youth and families when she returns to Sheboygan Co.

Sharing our appreciation for the countless ways you have impacted our beloved museum and in turn our community.

Join us in wishing them joy and luck we bid them adieu. Au revoir la famille Araujo!

Warm regards,
Above & Beyond Children’s Museum Staff & Board of Directors
