Plan & Organize Events: Help design and execute successful fundraising events.
Community Engagement: Reach out to local businesses and community members for support and sponsorship.
Creative Input: Bring fresh ideas for fundraising initiatives to help the museum thrive.
Support Fundraising Goals: Work as part of a team to reach donation targets and enhance the museum’s programs. -
Strategic Leadership: Guide the museum’s vision, mission, and long-term goals.
Fundraising & Advocacy: Support and promote fundraising initiatives, engage with community leaders, and advocate for the museum.
Financial Oversight: Help ensure responsible budgeting and financial planning to support growth and sustainability.
Governance & Policy: Establish and uphold policies that align with the museum’s values and goals.
Group and Corporate Volunteering
ABCM welcomes partnerships with corporations, schools, community organizations, and other groups to create rewarding volunteer experiences that support both your team and our vibrant museum!
What to Expect:
Most volunteer opportunities take place in the museum (including some outdoor projects).
Projects vary depending on the time of year and upcoming museum events.
Our current priority projects include painting, garden maintenance, cleaning, and educational prep work.
