Cate Tinker - Executive Director
Cate Tinker has dedicated her career to non-profit education and administration with a focus on inquiry-based learning through play. She received a B.A. in Anthropology and Educational Studies and a M.A. in Museum Studies. She has called Sheboygan home since 2013 and loves to garden and go on long lake walks with her husband and daughters. Her favorite moments of play come in the form of art-making and community collaboration!
I wanted to be a teacher when I grew up!

Leah Childers - Director of Education and Community
Leah is our Director of Education and Community here at Above & Beyond Children's Museum. She grew up locally, in Wisconsin, and has spent the last four years working in education around different Sheboygan Area nonprofit organizations. Leah spends a majority of her time at the museum developing and planning programs that cover a wide range of topics to engage and educate Sheboygan youths. She enjoys researching materials for any and all things Early Childhood Education and implements that knowledge in all areas of our space. In her free time, she loves to explore new cities, get creative, and spend time with family and friends.
Lily Yang – Director of Operations
Prior to becoming ABCM's Director of Operations, Lily started as an intern at the museum and moved to Visitor Services position, while attending college. She appreciates being part of a team who takes pride in the work they put in at ABCM. Lily has received an Associate degree in Business Management and is excited to use her experience to further the museum's mission .
"I am a mom of two wonderful boys. We come from a beautiful Hmong cultural background. On our downtime we like to go to the park in the summer. During the colder months we like to play games together. My oldest loves arts and crafts, my youngest loves dinosaurs, and I love writing."

Bio: I am the Education Coordinator at Above & Beyond Children's Museum, where I have the privilege of fostering creativity in young minds. Currently, I'm pursuing my passion for art as a studio art student at Lakeland University. With a deep love for both creating and sharing art, I strive to inspire others through meaningful experiences
